We strive to provide excellent care. Due to unexpected patient needs and other complexities which can be unforeseen, our doctors can run behind schedule. Please allocate at least 1.5 hours of time for all initial appointments.
In the event that you or your child is unwell, please refrain from attending the medical practice. Please call reception to arrange telehealth or rescheduling of your appointment.
If there is sensitive information that is difficult to discuss in front of your child, you can consider inviting another carer to attend and supervise your child for part of the consult.
